A large-scale IT infrastructure is implemented to allow our distributors to place and check their order status online 24x7. Furthermore, an advanced proprietary online authentication system is developed to allow every single 10B customer to verify the authenticity of all 10B products with the unique serial number and pin number found on each and every 10B products via our corporate website or via SMS in selected countries. Lastly, our products instil GS1 barcodes in supporting the global trade traceability.
